I was locked out of my home and called for assistance. From the customer service rep Matt who took my information to the repair man Brian who showed up, I was extremely happy. Super helpful in a stressful situation. Very timely and highly professional. Worth the price. I would hope I wont need these types of services again but if I do I’m definitely calling them. A1! 5 star!

Alex arrived at my apartment after getting locked out with my 3 dogs and I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did. It only took him 15 minutes and the work was fast and efficient. I hope I don't ever need a locksmith again but if I do I wouldn't think twice about who I would call.

Had a extra car key that they cut it didn't work then they "tryed" to program my new key told me it wasn't going to work and my original didn't work either ...still they charged me full price
